What ticket delivery options are available to me?

Collection at the Station

For ease we offer you the option of collecting your tickets prior to departure from a Self Service Ticket machine at the station indicated on the station list. However, you can collect your tickets from any of these stations should you wish.

SelfPrint (Print your tickets before you travel)(where offered)

These self print tickets are non-refundable and no changes can be made once purchased, for more information click here

Alternatively, you can have your tickets delivered to you by First Class or Special Delivery post.

First Class Post

Available if booking your tickets at least 5 working days in advance of travel.

Special Delivery

Available if making your booking at least 2 working days prior to travel and to UK addresses only.

If you book your tickets by 17.00hrs Monday - Thursday, delivery is guaranteed by 13.00hrs the next working day. A signature will be required upon delivery.

Bookings made on a Friday will be delivered the following Monday. Bookings made on Saturday will be processed the following Monday for delivery on Tuesday.

Special Delivery rate of £6.00 is inclusive of VAT per address
