We are undertaking maintenance on our smartcard systems on Thursday 25th February between 08:00 and 17:00. During this time you will not be able to buy tickets to be loaded on your touch smartcard from our website or our app. Tickets bought prior to this time can still be loaded to your touch smartcard as usual. Travel, using tickets loaded onto your touch smartcard, is not affected.
