Planned maintenance to our smartcard system is scheduled this weekend between 20:00 Friday 25 and 11:00 Sunday 27 November – during this time Smartcard tickets cannot be purchased from GWR.com or the GWR app - Tickets bought prior to this time can still be loaded to smartcards as normal. Travel using your smartcard is not affected.
