How long will it take for my refund to be processed?

We process all refund requests within 7-10 days from receipt of your printed refund form. If your tickets have been posted or collected from the ticket machine please ensure that you enclose these with the refund form as we cannot process your request without them.

If your tickets are uncollected from the ticket machine and you select Full Ticket Not Required from the refund reason list, then your refund will be credited to your account within 5 working days.

Once a refund has been processed it can take a further 5 days for the credit to appear on your statement depending on you Bank or card issuer.

If your card statement is due within the next few days you may not see the credit until the following month's statement. In this case you can check whether the money has been credited to your account by contacting your card issuer.
